1 Do you accept Original Design, OEM, original Customized design orders?

Yes, We can make customized order, you need send me your design artwork and instructions.

2 Can I have my own label and hang tags for my order?

Yes, we accept ODM (also known as a Private Label, White Label or Original Design Manufacturer) orders. For ODM orders, we require the design of your labels, logos, and tags. We can customize your labels and provide different options of label sizes from which you can choose depending on what quality the fabric you want the labels to be, and then we can easily sew them in. Also, you can ship your labels to us.

3 How can I order a sample?

If you would like a sample, we will be happy to accommodate your request, just Email us the product codes, pictures, drawings, or tech packs of the samples you prefer, and we will offer detailed information about each product.

Samples are not free, but don't worry once you place a wholesale bulk order with us, we will fully refund the sample fee or use it as a credit for the wholesale bulk order purchase.

The reason we are implementing this strategy because we had many cases in the past when people are ordering samples at wholesale prices, and then they disappeared. While we can technically produce a finished sample for any garment - the cost of a sample is prohibitively expensive in small quantities.

4 What would happen to my order if I fail to approve the samples?

If you fail to reply or approve any sample we Emailed or Sent to you within one (1) month, your order will automatically be put on hold and will restart when we receive your approval.

5 Can you sign a Non-Disclosure (Confidentiality) Agreement; I don't want my designs to be shared with anyone?

We are devoted to honor our strict privacy policies as well as to respect our Customers' confidentiality. We do not share, sell, collect, or rent any of the information to any third parties simply because we want to build an everlasting business relationship with you.

We have no interest in selling, sharing, promoting anyone's designs, drawings, or tech packs because we value our relationship with you more than money.

7 What are your payment terms?

● We accept T/T Payments , Western Union, Money gram and other quick pay services.
● Orders from our inventory: Payment is due in full before shipping the items.
● Customized orders under 3000USD: Payment is due in full before production begins.
● Customized orders over 3000USD: A deposit of 50% is required before production begins. The rest of the balance payment is required when your order is finished and ready to be shipped.

8 What are the shipping method

● What should I do if there is a damage with my order?
● Contact us immediately. Your complete satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Runyang Clothing is a professional cashmere factory; therefore, we have strict standards and procedures to assure our quality is the highest – nevertheless, we are human beings and mistakes sometimes happen. If there is an error or issue with your order, we will work to correct mistakes that have occurred. Again, your satisfaction is of supreme importance to us. The Customer is responsible for inspecting the goods upon arrival. The Customer shall notify us in writing within 10 days of receiving the goods of any claims for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise discovered by The Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages or quality. Runyang clothing shall not be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party other than the Customer.

● What will you do if my order doesn’t arrive?
We are fully responsible for orders that have not arrived, got lost or damaged. We bear all the costs and will immediately re-ship the goods promptly. We will offer discounts only if we fail to ship goods according to our agreement.
